Exploring the Dirty Dozen Food Additives with Springfield families!

May 5, 2013

Do you know if your child’s lunchbox is filled with the ‘dirty dozen’?
Young girl with packed lunchIf you’ve had some sneaking suspicions that perhaps some of the popular foods in your children’s lunchboxes might not be all that great, I’d love you to come along to one of our sessions as I reveal some alarming surprises in everyday ‘healthy’ food choices.

They are on in Springfield (Queensland) on Tuesday 4th June at 10 am and 7pm.

I love delivering these workshops because mums, dads, grandparents and childcare/ primary school teachers appreciate learning about what’s really in our food and how it can impact our children’s health and learning!!  As Queensland’s Additive Alert Community Talks presenter I’ll have copies of the book available at the session too ($20).

Our friends from Wray Organic Ipswich will be there too and getting the message out to the local community too.

Here is the link to download the event flyer: Springfield Lakes 4 June 2013 Additives

Be sure to share it with friends and family to help get the word out there.  Tickets are $16 each (for the 1 & 1/2  hour seminar) or if you take advantage of the ONLINE SPECIAL, you can get 3 tickets for $39 (gotta love a BARGAIN!).
Of course bookings are essential!!

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Hi Sally

thanks so much for connecting with me! I will be in NSW, VIC and TAS in November/ Early December (on holiday so won’t be working 100% of the time but I am happy to do some talks!). If you’re keen to chat about getting sessions happening in your area – for example with your local schools and childcare centres, please let me know via louise@MealPlanningYourWay.com and I will give you a buzz so we can chat further. Some local councils also offer grants to fund programs so if you want to do something earlier?

Look forward to chatting soon!
Louise 😉
