Goal: I want to eat foods that are good for me and my family

Step 1: Declutter kitchen and pantry and learn about additives – Having a kitchen you can cook in makes it easier to get healthy foods on the table.  Start with one cupboard!  Now to learn about what is healthy you need to know about additives too.

Step 2: Cook some basic meals from scratch – only need a few!  The biggest stumbling block to cooking meals from scratch for so many of my clients is not being organised for healthy eating.  Take the Quiz to find out your Menu Planning Personality to learn how to find the time and set up your kitchen in line with your Menu Planning Personality.

Step 3: Take lunch as often as you can.  Always look at each meal as an opportunity to eat as healthy as you can.   See our lunch tips for inspiration!
